Donation Matching

Innovas wants to support what matters to you. Each year, we will set a dollar amount aside for charitable donations and then match your personal donation dollar for dollar until the funds are spent. 501(c)3 charitable organizations including K-12 institutions will be eligible as well as higher education intuitions. To be eligible, organizations must have a non-profit tax ID number. But to avoid a race to donate, we will reserve $500/employee for the charity of your choice. Charitable causes must not violate Innovas, Inc. policies or values and be pre-approved by emailing [email protected].

Submit an email to [email protected] with the following information

1. Subject line: Donation Matching Request
2. Attach receipt of donation
3. The donation amount and name of the non-profit must be clearly marked
4. A short written justification of why this meets Innovas, Inc. standards for matching (Example: The donation for XXXX School is designated as outreach and will help purchase XXXXX during the extended school closure due to COVID-19 for families that rely on the school to provide free breakfast and lunch.)
5. Non-profit's Tax ID number (e.g. Tax ID XX-XXXXXXX)
6. The link for the web page to make a matching donation (Example: https://friendsofchapman.org/one-time-and-monthly-giving/)

Community Sponsorships

Being active in our community is a core value of Innovas. Full-time employees can request up to $500 each calendar year for Innovas to sponsor local clubs, teams, events, and the like to enrich our communities. Sponsorships must be approved in advance by emailing [email protected] to ensure they align with our core values.

Submit an email to [email protected] with the following information

1. Subject line: Community Sponsorships Request
2. Name of non-profit or organization
3. Amount being requested for sponsorship
4. A short written description of how it aligns with Innovas' Core Values
5. Tax ID number (e.g. Tax ID XX-XXXXXXX)
6. The link to the web page or form to fill out
